At Switch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Switch account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
